Getting your device ready
A few quick steps before we meet make everything faster and protect your data:
- Back up any photos, contacts or files you want to keep.
- Sign out of iCloud (iPhone / iPad) or your Google account (Android), and turn off any "Find My" lock.
- Factory reset the device if you're able to.
- Remove your SIM and any memory card — unless you'd like us to recycle them for you.
- Bring the box, charger, Pencil or keyboard case if you still have them. Accessories can raise the offer.
